the thing about Big Brown is that he and Curlin would have both gone off around 7-5. This would have created huge odds on everybody else.

I personally think Casino Drive would beat either of them (he romped yesterday without even trying) but he'll now be 3-1 instead of 15-1.

Horses are fragile; this stuff happens all the time
