rain and cold doesn't necessarily indicate an under.....running teams, like Jax against a bad Denver running D, means points....
Plus---bad snaps, fumbles, in your own red zone, results in scores.....
rain and cold, doesn't hinder the Pros either in passing enough to make a substantial impact....
Receivers know their routes, DB's will have the more likely tendency to slip, fall down, resulting in longer gains, and scores....
In essence, when it's cold, and just raining, and a bad run D is on the field, I have a tendency to take the OVER...
but, gl to ya, whichever way you go...
