the juggernaut has landed in wisconsin..that is a penn st..monsta that only has allowed 8 tds this season...and is ranked #8 in total defense.
However i smell a major rat here in the badgers who lost at home in the waning minutes vs the buckeyes last week...the badgers are 9-1 as dogs of 3 or more pts off back to back losses.
Penn st is 1-11 ats after allowing 10 or less it's previous game and the visitor is 0-4 last 4 in the series !
