Ryan Fitzpatrick will be the Bengals' starting QB in Week 6, coach Marvin Lewis confirmed Friday.
Apparently Carson Palmer (elbow) could play, but he'd have to do it off the bench. Fitzpatrick has shown that he is an ineffective passer, so that he's starting is very bad news for Chad Ocho Cinco and T.J. Houshmandzadeh. We'd still use them because the Jets' pass defense is very beatable, but have lowered expectations.
