Jon Kitna (back spasms) was not in pads as the Lions broke for practice on Thursday.
Kitna was on an exercise bike and in sweats, looking like the old man he is. The 36-year-old QB appears unlikely to play against Minnesota after two straight missed practices. We're not sure the Lions will declare a starter before the game, but Dan Orlovsky is the favorite by a hair at this point.
