NFL Week 5
Notes:
Side-wise , this is a very tricky card to navigate through … in some of the games the lines are very suspicious and to complicate matters , many of my better systems are pointing to the obvious side.
I hate when this happens on so many levels !
Many years ago the very first thing I was taught about sports betting is that it takes no courage to play the obvious side and cowardly wagerers must go broke.
So … I’ll place more emphasis on the Totals and less on the Sides
Top Plays: in order of strength :
My Top Play for the Week is on Monday Night …
Minnesota at New Orleans Over 46
Also strong are :
Indianapolis at Houston Over 47
Seattle at NY Giants Over 43
Tennessee at Baltimore Over 33 has a few great over systems going for it ( even though the line is low )
The following sides proved to be Top Plays but these lines scare me so I’ll play these sides for much less :
I know it’s somewhat obvious , but New England -3 ( but no more than 3 ) to defeat and cover vs. San Francisco . Coach Belichick teams have been phenomenal after a loss , especially if the opponent has a .500 or better won / lost record . Also , The League is 1-17 ATS in San Francisco’s position when the line is +3 / -3
Note: IF The Patriots go to -3 ½ or higher , make them a Regular Play
Indianapolis -3 over Houston looks obvious ( Colts would only be -9 /- 9 ½ at home and that raises red flags ) , but my systems are fairly strong for Indy ( 17-0 ats … 8-0 ats … 22-5 ats )
New Orleans -3 vs. Minnesota … again , this one is another "MOTO" ... Master Of The Obvious. This side is similar to Indy and New England.
Regular Plays:
Seattle, taking 7, at The Giants
Atlanta at Green Bay Over … work shows game to go over. Play over if line is in mid 40’s
San Diego - 6 over Miami .. Dolphin history is very awful in this spot
San Diego / Miami Over 44
Opinions:
Right back with Kansas City taking 10 at Carolina
Chicago at Detroit Over 44
Atlanta + at GB … work shows Atlanta but I'm seeing a few different lines … play them at +5 or more
Sunday Night:
Regular Play : Pittsburgh + 4 over Jacksonville
Regular Play : Pittsburgh at Jacksonville Over 36
Monday Night :
Top Play on New Orleans -3 vs. Minnesota ... If you’re skeptical on the side , then unload on the Over .
And the Top Play of The Week on The Over 46 (mentioned above )
I know every totals play on this week’s ticket is an OVER , but I’m going with what my work proved . I'll also play the sides but like I said earlier on ... for less.
