Don't take this personally but i think ALL of us can relate? You think your team missing the playoffs is actually WORSE than our teams losing IN the playoffs? As a Pats fan you think we enjoyed one of the biggest chokes ever?

It sucks when your team blows it I know but atleast they got it out of the way, tomorrow you will feel a nice sense of relief not having to worry about them all the time..

losing i can take, its the way the mets crumbled 2 years in a row. losing is part of life. choking, very hard to swallow. but i understand your point dr winn. good luck with the rest of the season.

Try losing to the Flyers in the playoffs after winning the conference. Also you end up losing a ton on your team and bet with LVJimmy and BigMike and others give it to you for weeks....

I thought it was a true testament both games today were tied 2-2 and 1-1 in the 8th inning and in the span of a minute Braun clutch homer and Mets give up two solo shots...that is how quick the season was lost...

but if you want to talk heartache, go back before the Bosox won the WS, well the last couple, and look at how often they choked...maybe in 100 yrs the Mets will cash in lmao
