Is there season over? How can they work back up the rankings with their soft schedule? I can not believe they lose to Stanford last year and now to Oregon St to ruin thier championship runs...especially after how dominant they were two weeks ago against OHIO STATE...

Besides having the star power, they likely won't be able to overcome any one loss SEC or Big 12 team in my opinion. Pac 10 is just dreadful.

I think they'll regroup but 2 things stuck out at me. Their early play calling which was conservative and predictable and the fact that Joe McKnight is a complete non factor this season. He is definitely no Reggie Bush.

Early season losses are easier to overcome. If this happened late October or November they'd be fucked.

Agree 100% but their remaining schedule is not good at all. If Oklahoma, Florida, LSU, Georgia, Mizzouri all end up with one loss but win their respective conference title....I think they all get in ahead of USC.

If it were people voting for the championship game then USC would have no shot...but with this damn BCS which is only concerned with generating the most money possible while ignoring what fans want and deserve to see, who knows what the hell they will come up with this time around..

To be honest I still think USC is one of the top teams in college...they took this opponent lightly and thought they could turn it on late and pull it out, it happens every year...but how many of you really think they couldnt hang with lsu, georgia, florida, okla and mizzou...I dont think USC deserves to make it by laying this egg...but what they did was screw us fans by not going undefeated and putting extra pressure to get rid of BCS and get that playoff system we all deserve and want...

I think USC proved they can hang with anybody after the whooping they handed to ohio state. Then again maybe that says something about ohio state? I think this USC loss hurts them quite a bit...Ohio State CAN make the argument that 1-who knows that Chris Wells could have done after seeing rodgers last night and 2-they are a much different team with Pryor and his double threat...

Boy, I have to disagree here. I think the BCS works against USC, not for them. I think the people are the ones that help USC b/c they are the media darlings. I think the subjectivity of the polls help, but the computers hurt b/c the strength of schedule figures in and will really hurt USC.
