This is the oddest baseball line I've seen all year. Perhaps I'm missing something, but I've spent 40 minutes digging through this game to find out what I could have possibly not seen. Finding nothing, let's take advantage of a Twilight Zone line. The Angels are 97-60 including 48-31 on the road. Seattle is the ugliest team in baseball and last night's win was its first in 13 games. LAA is still playing for something as it hasn't nailed down homefield advantage yet. The Angels are 19-12 in Jon Garland starts and his last outing was one of his few poor ones in weeks and his prior two starts were outstanding. Seattle's Hernandez is decent but there isn't a single other factor pointing to Seattle. I am sincerely astonished they are favored over an outstanding team playing a meaningful game.
