Chado, i think you're on the right side today however I don't think the game is a trap. I think on paper Carlos Zambrano at home should be roughly -150 to -180 favorites against a slumping St Louis Cardinals team. I dont think this was a trap at all. Look at the career numbers for Wainwright agains the Cubbies, not that good, Zambrano not too shabby against the Cardinals, however, Wainwright is STILL the ace of the Cardinals that is why you do not favor Chicago Cubs over -200 because its quite possible that Cardinals could score the upset. I think the line of -160 is quite fair for the Cubbies with Zambrano pitching against a sub par St Louis team with their ace on the mound. I'm not so sure it was a trap because Zambrano could have come out and been lights out as well. We know that. Shall I also add congrats on your win today. I'll get em tonight.

Look at the entire Cards line up today from top to bottom...6 of the 8 hitters excluding the pitcher are hitting over .300 career against Big Z...dont know what you mean by "not too shabby"...

I never said the lineup i said the cardinals as a team. He is 9-5 lifetime 2.77 ERA against them. That's what im talking about being not too shabby, because overall, those are great numbers.

also over half the Cubbies lineup is hitting better than .300 against Wainwright as well. Jim Edmonds excluded because he's never faced him.

I dont pay much attention to "as a team" I only look at the starting lineup that typically comes out about an hour prior to game time. The reason is because their could be guys "as a team" that could be out or sitting or not playing that have great #'s but arent playing and visa versa. The lineup is what matters to me not the whole team just the 9 batters hitting that day....no worries bro...I got lucky what I can say I have got murdered in baseball this year...soryy you lost bro...youll get em back...
