I'm sorry for even getting involved in this but it does annoy me when players are accuse of "choking" during baseball games. Baseball is the ONLY game where you make MILLIONS of dollars for failing 7 out of 10 times when you hit.

Do players sometimes not perform the way they want to - of course and that happens in ALL sports. You can call it "choke" or whatever you want but it also has something to do with the other guys on the other side.
The Angels have the best record in baseball and they have ONLY won 61% of their games.
I love reading other people accuse players of choking when the people writing it don't even know what the difference is between a 2 seam fastball and a 4 seam fastball.
And if they do know the game, they wouldn't write about anyone "choking" and having no "heart" because maybe they've "been there and done that"

mets seem to play tight in sept lately. they are right now!!!! i do agree with your statement though. have a good night buddy
