This season: 6-1 to date
Notes for Week 3 in The NCAA:
The fans and media continue to hype the likes of Gator QB Tebow and Mountaineer Pat White … Haven’t they seen enough of the hybrid QB / RB in the NFL ? And would it be fair to say that as pros they all have amounted to DOG SHIT over the years ? Well these 2 probably will be no different in The NFL. History proves that a Running Back who pretends to be a Quarterback ( so he can get his hands deeper into the owner’s pockets ) has a very slim chance of leading the team to victory.
The Plays:
Michigan at Notre Dame … this great rivalry has been an exciting and profitable event for me in the past , but this year’s game is marred by arguably the 2 worst coaches in college football .
West Virginia had enough game to win 2 National Championships this decade but came up empty. Last season they lost their last game to U Pittsburgh straight up at home as 29 point faves. It was an important game . Rich Rodriguez is not very good.
Charlie Weiss is another very over - rated snake oil salesman.
We need to understand this … just because someone had his head up Bill Belichick’s fat ass does not mean that after it pops back out it is steeped in football knowledge. It’s not !!!
This Saturday it will be amusing to see which coach can get his team LEAST up for this game.
Pass
Thursday:
North Carolina at Rutgers … Nothing more than an inkling to North Carolina +6 and The Under 48 … probably best that you pass this one also.
Saturday:
Top Plays:
Arkansas St. –2 over So. Mississippi
U of Connecticut –10 over Virginia
Washington St. +1 or 2 over Baylor
Fresno St + 2 over Wisconsin
Regular Plays:
Houston –2 over Air Force
Oregon St. –12 over Hawaii
Rice + 8 over Vanderbilt
Kentucky –17 over Middle Tennessee St.
Maryland + 15 over California
Opinions:
Purdue +9 over Oregon
Ohio St. + 12 over USC
