Seriously, why enter the tournament?

I thought i heard somewhere that they were going to be hosting the Olympics at some point and that was why they are trying to get a team together? If you host, you get a team entered in everything without having to qualify.

does bulgaria not have pads for the goalie ? is she hiding behind the net or something ? I can understand when Brazil blows out Guam in soccer, but how the hell do you not register a shot on goal in hockey
