I have and he SUCKS and im still telling you...you do not want DAVID CARR...thats how sure I am...doesnt know the offense, will take years to learn it and run it...he couldnt learn the offense over here in 4 years, holds on to the ball, makes bad decisions...its mainly mental with him...cuz he does have a strong arm, quick feet and can move around, but just never clicked upstairs with him
