My daughter is on a competive cheer squad. Those girls are athletes. They're athletic ability exceed most male sports.

The drivers might not be BUT the pit crew guys are.When you can jump over the wall,run around the car,change all 4 tires,fill it up with gas and make changes to the car in 13 seconds you have to have some athletic ability.

I don't! I've driven my SUV 110 MPH on the highway. Over time and with practice there's no doubt that all of us would become accustomed to driving at speeds in excess of 150.

Practice a week at 110MPH

Practice a week at 120MPH

etc....

I have no doubt the average driver can get used to driving at 150+

I relate it back to my early driving days. I was intimidated driving on the highway at 70+. Now 70 MPH on the highway feels sloooow.

I think i could drive a 150 plus. I once drove over 100 geting road head. I had too she said no blowie for Herbie if I didnt keep the pedal to the metal. I had it floored till she finished Herb off. Then I slowed down and made a pit stop,and greased her motor..

i disagree here and will take all the punishment dealt to me.i have seen 275 lb relief pitchers in baseball be pretty dominant.They could not run the 40 without giving out.Even one of our own can run the 40 in under 5 and almost a near record time.to me an athlete is someone that can take what they do and be good at it.Tiger woods could beat Kobe at golf but Kobe would kill Tiger ant 1on 1.Tom brady is a hell of a QB but i doubt he could hit a 100mph fastball.So to say an athelete is not an athelete because he is not good at other things is absurd.
