I'll be honest and say I took a beating today in the MLB with all the big favorites losing today. I just put a big chunk of my bankroll on this teaser and really need it to come through or I might be out of the game for a while til I gather some money to place back in my account. Have had this one on my plate for a month now and need it to come through.
7 Pt Teaser (-130): Chargers -2/Colts -2.5
I think the Panthers will be much improved this year with Stewart/Williams combo at the running back position. Delhomme is now healthy who is an above average QB in this league. They might be in this game til middle of the 4th quater but I can't see them pulling out a victory at the Q. The past 4 year the Chargers have been very strong at home, especially early in the season. Chargers have too many weapons on offense and the defense looks very strong. They are my pick to win the superbowl by the way. Reports say Manning is a lock to play week 1. The Bears should be terrible this year with Orton as the starting QB, questions at running back, very weak receiving core, and a defense on the decline. Also the Colts open up in their new stadium which should serve to be a motivational factor. Hope this hits.
