Question on New Orleans/TB Game

Let's say you have a bet at TB +3 and the game gets moved to Tampa due to the Hurricane. Anyone know if your wager is still valid even though the line will undoubtedly be different?

If they change the Location all Tickets will be Void...... unless they choose to play it in San Antonio or Baton Rogue and the Spread will probably stays around the same...
