Jim Rome had Scott Kazmir on today and they talked about this quite a bit. They are 27th in attendance and jim kept asking Kazmir why. Kazmir himself said it was so disappointing and he has no idea why they can't get any support. He said the team talks to each other all the time about it. He also said that there were so few fans there last night that they could literally hear 2 guys in center field sitting there having a conversation. He said it is VERY Disappointing that the fans will not support them. Free parking and everything else and still NO SUPPORT!

Yes, they did a story on the Rays front office last night on E60. They gave up millions to allow FREE Parking. It was a feature that new ownership added to lure fans in. Try parking around Fenway, it is $30-$40. Free Parking is not found many places at ballparks anymore and it offsets the gas money spent to get there. They are trying to make it a fan friendly experience and they still can't get people to drop $20 on a ticket. It is seriously PAAATHETIC and they do not deserve a team there. Fuck this BS about where the park is located. Take the drive and enjoy the cheap ass game. The players and front office simply can't understand why people are not coming. It is unreal.

i saw that...office bunch of young guys that tryin to get fans there and they puttin a winner on the field...players were at the gate givin autographs most teams u go by the teams parkin lot on players way in stadium they mite wave....couldnt blame them if they moved out tampa what more they want?
