2008 College Football Plays

Haven't been around much since last football season but I've been doing my homework for the last few weeks, and here's what I came up with...


College Football Win Total Plays.

20* Washington UNDER 5.5 -130
20* UNC OVER 6 -150
20* Arkansas UNDER 6 -140
15* Colorado UNDER 6 -120
15* Michigan St. UNDER 7 -105
15* Notre Dame OVER 7 -115

Here are my preseason individual game predictions. These predictions are made being made weeks/months in advance and are based on scheduling situations and revenge factors, so many things can change between now and gameday. Once the actual wager is placed, I plan on coming back and posting the actual spread for tracking purposes.

Remember all selections are made with the pointspread in mind.


8/30 -- USC (-20) @ UVA
UVA is going to be terrible this year. USC should be able to name the score.

8/31 -- Colorado St. (plus the double digit points) vs. Colorado
This game always seems to be 3 or 4 points either way (usually with the dog prevailing).

9/20 -- NotreDame @ Michigan St.
-- Miami @ Texas A&M
Revenge games from last season. Not sure what the spreads will be in these two games, but I would be willing to lay points if necessary.

9/27 -- Pitt @ Syracuse (plus the points)
Pitt in a look ahead spot with South Florida in 5 days.

10/18 -- UConn @ Rutgers (lay the points)
Revenge game from last season.

10/25 -- Mississippi @ Arkansas
Houston Nutt's return to Arkansas.

11/1 -- Auburn @ Mississippi
Letdown from prior week.

11/15 -- Rutgers @ South Florida
Revenge game from last season.
