We all know that you have contacts with some "Ladies of the Night: when their services are needed.
I am just wondering if in your business or contacts you have heard of or know any exorcists should the Sox luck once again start to go south.
If you don't and Sox don't get the prize once again, perhaps Theo over the winter should spend as much time looking for a "lights out" exorcist to rid the Sox one and for all of the curse as he does in trying to find a lights out closer.

its funny you mention that cause the topic of conversation at the bar tonight was picturing the RedSox with a closer like

    1) Smoltz
    2)Riveira
    3)Gagne

HOLY SHIT THAT WOULD BE SCARY:D

Nut-any of those guys would be awesome with the Sox lineup.
You don't remember it but best Sox closer probably of all time was the Monster, Dick Radatz. back in mid to late 60's.
I exaggerate not when I say that this guy ,around 6'6" tall , 260 lb. or so ,would regularly come into the game around the 7th inning with Sox ahead by a run and finish the game and in his heyday was as good as Gagne;he usually struck just about everyone out or got them to hit weak grounders.
Believe it or not, if he was needed the next day, he would be right back there;the closer role back then was to pitch 2-3 innings not just to pitch the ninth as there was no setup man then.
Its too bad Sox were so lousy back then, and that Theo could not somehow get into a time machine and tget him in his prime and transport him to the current Sox team;Sox problem would be solved.
