Anyone have any info on these games? Starting pitchers?

I'm tempted to take Cuba -200 over Japan. I'm basing this on watching the World Baseball Classic a few years ago. That Japan team had a lot of players that are now playing in MLB, but the Cuba team should be realtively the same, right?

The USA team with all the MLB players wasn't as good as Cuba. Is Cuba only allowed to use certain players?

Thanks for anyone's help in advance

Didn't Japan win the World Classic a couple of years ago? They probably still have most of their team together with only a few in MLB? I kinda like the dog!
