Wayne-what a great way to start a series.
I am not embarrassed to say that with two out in ninth with no one on, I had flashbacks of 1986 against Mets with two out and no one on;you know the rest of the story with Billy Buckner.
I guess old time Sox fans like me and you are programmed to expect the worse and hope for the best. I wonder why:D
If they could do it again tomorrow, then I would say, Wow!
Maybe that is asking too much but you never know.

I am a homer..but I'll tell ya. The Yanks looked like they were the ones in a knock down drag out series and are dragging ass.

That would be great.
Wouldn't it be awful if Sox defeated Yanks and then around and lost to Cubs,who have waited a long time but not as long as Sox;they have to "wait in line" before its their turn.

I really think if the Sox take this game tonight it will be over this weekend...they got a great shot tonight at winning..Lowes sinker has been devastating and I really think he is up to the task.
