IMO I think this whole situation was about Favre wanted to go to the Vikings and GB not wanting to trade him within the division. I can't blame GB for not wanting to trade him to a up and coming division rival. No team ever wants to trade within the division.
We had to endure weeks of Brett Favre being jammed down our throats by ESPN for no resolution. For those who said "Brett called GB's bluff" Guess what? GB didn't blink. GB had pocket aces all along.
The worst part? We'll still have to endure more of ESPN's love affair with Favre until he gets traded. I pity the team he ends up at. The CIRCUS!Comment
