Good-afternoon everyone...nice hit last night as Buchholz gave us 4 runs in 6 innings and Meche held on after a tough 1st inning to get us the win!
Today's Pick:
WASHINGTON NATIONALS ML +148...this is a very very nice sized doggie with more value than I care to explain. Briefly, the Nationals send young John Lannan to the mound where he sports an impressive 2.57 ERA on the road. While Coors is special, I think he will continue to be effective and will keep the Nats in this one. On the other side, De La Rosa has a sky high 6.16 ERA at home and 6.94 combined. While he was improving, he got smoked in his last outing against the Marlins. I like this kid but he is shaky and I am looking at him to give some up for the red hot Washington team. The Nationals have won 4 straight scoring an avg of 7 runs/game over that stretch..Take the Nationals to stay hot and run with the +148 value!
