I see your logic with the value, but Pelfrey has been pitching great and Boggs just gave up 11 runs against Mets a few days ago. Good luck

Very true Weiner....Still love the best road team in the NL at that high a price.

Baseball capping logic that I use......if 2 teams are near the same echelon, there must be a dominant pitcher on the hill to warrant a price that high. Look at Beckett tonight, he's the bomb and only 140 against a team that most think Boston is better than. (Same case of NYM > STL).

Under LaRussa the Cards are the type of team that will lose 3 or 4 in a row at home, have everyone think they are done, then go on the road and win 4/6.
