Worst day of the year

As a sports nut, I rue the day after the All Star game every year, as it is the only day of the year with absolutely no sports to watch, or bet on. And please don't talk to me about WNBA.

I always freak out as it approaches, and now it is here again, and I am beside myself.

I wondered why they always put the ESPYs on the following Sunday, when Wednesday after the AS game is devoid of any action at all.

I could be productive at home, and finish off long neglected projects, or take care of any of a number of things.


Instead................

I think it's time to hit the track.

just checked into a room at the track I PLANNED THIS DAY TO GO TO THE NEAREST DOG TRACK FOR THE SAME REASON GRANDPA NOTED EARLIER I AM STARTING TO WORRY ABOUT MYSELF
