    Tim Lincecum was taken to the hospital with dehydration and flu-like symptoms.

    The 24-year-old will miss his first All-Star game: he'll remain at the hospital throughout the game and be monitored and hydrated. He's not scheduled to pitch until Sunday at the earliest, so this may not prevent him from making his next start. Jul. 15 - 5:08 pm et

            He threw over 100 pitches Sunday and was not going to play tonight. He probally was pissed he couldn't play tonight and drowned his sorrows with one Miller Light. That's all it takes for a 12 year old.
