I haven't posted a play since since Tuesday as I am still reeling from my loss on the +157 Twins who blew a 5-2 eighth inning lead to Boston. I was counting the money......
1* Phillies -118
My knee-jerk tendency to bet against Randy Johnson kicks in again as the Phillies are only a small favorite against the consistently overvalued Johnson. Arizona is an awful 19-28 on the road while the Phillies have snapped out of their losing streak with three wins in a row. The pitching matchup is even as both Johnson and Eaton have been awful this year.
1* Blue Jays -105
This one seems simple. I have the better pitcher and a home team. The Jays are 26-19 at home and Litsch, while nothing special, is better than Rasner who seems to get shelled every game. That's huge because Toronto is hitting very well right now and has won four in a row. This afternoon makes it five, I hope.
