I always wondered why the Army, Navy and Air Force fielded teams for major sports but the Marines never did. It may be a stupid question but it is a serious one. Do they not have a Marine Academy somewhere?

There is the Merchant Marine Academy and actually a Coast Guard Academy.

MM Academy is D3 and CG Academy is either D3 or NAIA.

Lol, I got recruited by CG Academy, but the football was weak (not that I was great)...more importantly though, I didn't wanna go into the CG or Marines.
