Corey Maggette to Boston?

I've been hearing this rumor for about 3 days now. How the hell can Boston afford him, Pierce, Allen and KG under the cap when the Clippers are struggling just to put Davis and Brand together?

I hope it is true but where would Maggette fit in? Would he be fine with coming off the bench?? I can't imagine he would be.

I would imagine he would replace Posey. I can't se ehow they could sign both.

He would replace Posey but i still don't understand how all of this fits under the cap. I saw an article in ESPN the magazine last fall saying something like the Celtics big 3 and their contracts alone were over the cap. I should have read on but i didn't. I don't know of any huge contracts that the Clippers are dealing with but how the hell are they struggling to get 2 guys under contract together when there are not alot of stars on that team but Boston can just sign guy after guy after guy? It makes no sense to me Mr. Capologist and i need answers!!!
