If Mullet simply stated that he was fading his LOSER big time gambler friend onllybecuase he always loses, rather than saying game was fixed, then I could understand his reasoning.
On the other hand, I truly believe in a spiritual sense that some folks are not destined to gamble on this earth, and if they do so they will lose,lose and lose.
Thus, in cases like this if you want to bring the Almighty into all of this, then in that sense I think that outcome of certain games and their entire gambling career is "fixed", meaning certain people will always lose over time because that is their destiny(if they choose that path).
ps However, that being said, no one will ever convince me that baseball games are fixed by human beings.
