I got one 10 years younger second time around. We got a 4 year old boy and a 7 year old girl that keeps me feeling like I'm still in my 30's but my back reminds me I not far from 50.

I hear you. And let me tell yiu that here in New England my back aches bigtime in the cold winter- got some arthritis
In the summer, I feel great and my whole mood changes-run every day and just have a great state of mind.
My wife is expecting in October, and hopefully our boy-to-be will also keep me feeling and acting young.
When I was a kid the thought of even being 40 some day was awful and that it couldn't and shouldn't happen to me.
