What a rough day at Fenway. I have 1 friend in ICU at Beth Israel hospital in Boston and another with a broken hand. It is the reason why i really don't drink much anymore. One friend was so hammered, he couldn't even stand up at the game and when another friend's girlfriend walked by him in the aisle, she said he was grabbing her ass. He was too drunk to know what he was doing and said he didn't do it. Well, my best friend was drinking too and came over to him swinging. I caught the 1st one with my own fist trying to stop/block it and others jumped in trying to break it up. In all the sports trips i've ever set up, this has never happened. After all that, the guy was sleeping in his seat 4 innings later and security came up to remove him. I said WTF, he's sleeping, just leave him alone. Well, they didn't and 3 security guys carried him out because he couldn't even walk down the stairs. 2 minutes later i follow him down to tell him just to sit outside and sober up for a few minutes and before i can say anything, security gets to the gate and 2 guys literally throw him out of the park. He stumbles off the sidewalk, into the middle of the street and falls down head 1st on the concrete. He was out cold, his head was split wide open and there was a pool of blood around him like you wouldn't believe. A Ambulance took him to the emergency room and our Limo was leaving with or without him. I called people for him and let them know where he was but we had to leave and i'm still waiting to hear how he is. The security was way over the top because he wasn't even trying to fight them or do anything. Anyway, it was probably my worst time ever at a game. Geez ... what a day.

Not a good day buddy, It's a shame when some people get so drunk they can't even enjoy the event. Saw it last week at the Dover race thankfully no fights but a few passed out drunk sleeping in the stands. Hope your buddies are doing ok.Records listed in members records forum.
