Everyone expects the Yankees to crush Lohse early and often. However...this kid is young but VERY VERY GOOD.

6*==>(TWINS/YANK"ME'S" )(that's for Herbie) (O)8.5
TWINS have to have this one at home with the Beer Wagon Wells Lefty going on Sunday. Lohse has the best curve ball in baseball but twice through the order hitters have his number.
Twins hitters shutdown as expected by the lefty Pettitt will come out with their dominant left handed hitting lineup to feast on Clemens and the mediocre Yankee bullpen. Any walk Clemens gives up will try to be turned into an instant double and cheap runs. That coupled with the bumbling Yankee defense on the scorching fast Dome turf will amplify any Yankee error. The sluggish outfielders will be a step slow getting to any ball in the gaps. Soriano may have 2 errors himself God willing.
Twins weakness will be watching long balls going out and line drives off the baggie IF THE YANKS ARE PATIENT AND LAY OFF THE LOHSE CURVES DOWN AND AWAY.... Hopefully solo shots will be the order of the Yankee day
THE CROWD NOISE AND INFECTIOUS RADICAL ATTITUDE SHOULD EVEN RATTLE THE MIGHTY YANKS.......THIS IS MY ONE TWINS PLAYOFF BIG BET FOR THE FIRST SERIES!
