One of my favorite NFL systems I look for only comes up about once a year if you're lucky. I don't think it came up last season, but it came up in 2006 and the EAGLES crushed Washington 27-3.
*GO WITH a NFL team that is over .500 if:
a.) They lost their last 3 games
b.) They played at home last week
c.) They are now playing at home
If you think it through, the rationale is obvious. A winning team comes home off 2 losses and...loses. They are now at home again. Usually spells blowout if they are favored, but rarely comes up.
Not sure how this pans out in the AFL, but New Orleans is 7-5 and at home off three losses, the last of which was at home...
