Dutrow admitted yesterday Big Brown has a quarer crack-----AGAIN.
Big Brown is plagued with bad feet. It's why he didn't run from September of last year until February of this year. He has chronic problems with quarter cracks---those are cracks in the hoof wall. They often can be cleared up in 72 hours but sometimes keep coming back. This may cost him training time. It will also calm a lot of the hysteria surrounding him.
