Saw an article yesterday that just made me stop and think how much Bobby Bowden has done.FSU has made it clear that when Bowden retires that Jimbo Fisher would be the new head coach.He was asked about the pressure of following Bowden and here was his reply."I could win 10 games per season for the next 37 YEARS and I still would be behind him.So theres
really no pressure on me."That saying there just made me realize that Bowden(373) and Joe Pa(372) are as awsome as they come.

Actually, Bowden has not "coached " for several years...in fact, he absolutely has no clue what is going on anymore...I cringe everytime an analyst interviews him live...the man is an embarassment everytime he opens his mouth...

I agree. He should have retired years ago. I'm surprised FSU has allowed him to continue this long.

As an FSU fan, it drives me crazy to hear Bowden talk about his team...he usually refers to his players by their number...thant #53 had a whale of a game!

He was great for the school...but he should have called it a career 5 yrs ago.
