  • Hurricane Warning!!

Miami has been fine tining their offense during their break. Gore will gain over 125 yds and Berlin will be a bit bolder in the play calling. WVa has no running game this year and when you can't run at all against the Canes it spells major trouble. In the Orange Bowl a good whoop[ing should be applied here. I see Miam1 45 Wva 10. A strong play on Miami tonight to win and cover by half time and cruise home from there. Taking Miami -14 in the first halfand also laying the 26.
    Luck to All Gavel

    Maybe Not

If they are fine tuning their offense it is for Florida St. next week. They travel to Tallahassee next Sat. They are looking ahead.

They may look ahead, but a 4 TD win is not out of the question while doing so.

Interestingly, the past three years Miami has always been a decided favorite in the game preceding the FSU showdown. Last season Miami faced Connecticut as a 43-point favorite (W 48-14). In 2001, the 'Canes played Troy State as a 50-point favorite (W 38-7) and in 2000 they traveled to Rutgers as a 30-favorite (W 64-6).

They won by more than that in each of the last 3 prior to FSU games.

Yes. WV will probably run the ball alot which should take some time off the clock. The points are more atractive the more I think about it.

              TOO Much Talent!!

Some say this may be a trap because of the Fla. St. game next week.. My feeling is the talent differential between these teams is huge and looking ahead or not Miami will grind em up especially at home on national TV. This kind of game is Miami's cup of tea. Enjoy the ROUT!

Talent doesn't always win games if you are focused on something else. Miami wants a National Championship, Florida St. is in the way. Also next year Miami Florida St. will be a conference game. This makes it all that more important to Miami to beat Florida St.
