Need Feedback From Stats Guys...

I know that in the history of the NBA, MLB, and NHL only 3 teams have EVER came back from 0-3 best of seven series deficits and it was the Toronto Maple Leafs (in the 40's I believe), the New York Islanders (in the 70's I believe), and the Boston Red Sox just 3 years ago. My question then becomes how many times has a team closed out the series being up 3-0? You would have to think at least over 1000 times over the entire history of 3 major sports leagues right? Just wondering if anyone had the exact numbers cause the chase of these 3 teams in the NHL right now up 3-0 is gonna be easy money if it will have an over 99% chance of hitting and just a less than 1% chance of the team coming back.
