Mets don't seem to have that fire they had a few years ago. 2years ago and even the before that calaps last year they at a fire and a look about them that when they were down, they were able to come back.

Remember 2006, when if they were down i the 9th by no matter how many runs it seemed like they would come back and win. Now if they are even behind by 1 run, I don't feel like they want to win.

As far as Wagener, yeah he's blown a couple. But so does everyone.

I would rather have him than Gagne or woods.

This Mets team will not win the division. The Phillies are notoriously brutal in April and will finish the month 15-13 at worst WITHOUT THE REIGNING MVP AND VICTORINO FOR MOST OF THE MONTH. If they add a SP, they win this division.

Mets have been missing their #2 starter, their starting LF and their top 2 catchers....

Willie needs to go. How can you blow the lead last year and not have one meltdown. The look like they are sleep walking through the start of this year.

Willie is too much like Torre...one problem, you do not have 'winners' like Jeter, Posada, Bernie, Pettitte, Mo...in the clubhouse. You have a bunch of vets who don't lead and a bunch of young guys who want to lead but don't know whow..very bad combo!

Seems it is always more nerver-racking with him on the mound. I took Wayne's two gamer (Philly & NY) and added Washington. First two in - need the Mets!!!

They need someone to light a fire under there asses. There was a time they could have come back from a 13-1 deficit.
