You didnt understand the line because the line was incorrect. Like we talked about up here during the college football season, it takes Vegas a certain amount of time to catch up to some teams. Whether going in the good direction or the bad direction. Well, the way I see it this line was based on reputation and reputation alone. Perennial playoffs contenders in Dallas and newcomers in New Orleans. I can see that thinking for game one but after the way New Orleans adjusted in the half 2 of that game, I was very suprised the line wasnt 4 or 5 points higher.
