  • One of each, NHL and MLB Totals, and an MLB Side Play, Doggie Style

Went 5-0 up here last night including my Edge play on the Mets. Continuing on a bit of hot streak looking to keep it going with:

    11/12 Colorado/Minnesota Over 5 -105
As long as they keep posting this game at 5, I will be playing the over. With some luck the series goes 7 and we hit a couple more of their totals.

    959/960 Nats/Mets Over 9 -115 2 Units
Expect the Mets to abuse Lannan a bit and Figueroa wont completely shut down the Nats who have a couple bats in their lineup, poor team just cant pitch.

    968 NY Yankees +124 1 Unit
Being from New York You may think this is a homer pick, but its not. I root for the Yankees to lose almost every night. Just that they are up against Beckett tonight and every newspaper, radio station and local sports show is predicting Mussina to get hammered and the Yanks wont even be in the game. Well, when that happens, I tend to think the opposite happens. Plus Beckett has been less than spectular so far this year. I take a shot with a unit on the Spankees.

    Best of luck to everyone.

I know what you mean. Looking at the series before it started, I thought this pitching matchup would produce a bunch of runs. But sometimes when the Mets bats start out flat, they stay that way for all 9 innings. They got one quick, but havent even sniffed at even one more run since then. I almost compounded the problem by laying a run and half with them tonight. So far it looks like a good layoff. But its not over yet. You never know. Bats may awaken. Good luck to us.

Funny, I just posted my opinion in your thread. I like Colorado tonight. Just think that the team that goes down 3-2 isnt winning this series and I did, at the beginning, and still think Colorado takes Minnesota in 6. So, I am liking the Avs. Plus, home ice doesnt mean much in this series. Particular when Minnesota is home.
