so hornets clinched #2 just last nite....mavs play hornets tonite and right now w. 50 wins mavs and hornets would play first round....denver has 49 wins if they beat memp tonite and mavs lose both have 50 wins, i see nuggs w. 2-1 series over mavs on yr so im thinkin tiebreaker goes to denv and they be #7..is that still possible someone said its gonna be mavs #7 no matter what...my question is would mavs rather play hornets instead of lakers and win tonite while hornets rest guys or do hornets have incentive to win and play no defense nuggs instead.....i would think mavs good bet tho they have to cover 8.5 still....any feedback be cool

New Orleans can determine their own opponent. If they beat Dallas tonight and Denver beats Memphis, New Orleans would play Denver in round 1. If they lose to Dallas tonight, they will play the Mavericks again in round 1. The Hornets should try to win this game but Dallas wants it too 'cause i doubt they want to see the Lakers. -

The Mavs game will be well over before the Denver game start So if Dallas win Denver isnt playing for anything so The Grizz might be a great bet the Nuggets will rest alot of players.....Comment
