"Three Boston Bruins fans are in the real-life penalty box after a hockey game broke out at their fight, cops said.

Boston police working security details at the TD Banknorth Garden nabbed three Bs fans on felony assault charges for allegedly beating two Canadians who dared to venture south to the Hub for the Stanley Cup playoffs Tuesday evening.

Police said the first fracas happened rink-side about 9:30 p.m. just after the home town team lost for a third time and two fans, one in a Montreal jersey and one in a Bruins jersey, began fighting.

Cops saw the fight and were in the process of breaking it up when a Bruins fan grabbed an officer’s shoulder and tried to keep him from interfering. That was enough for the cop, who arrested him after a struggle, with a dash of pepper spray. Matthew Benoit, 24, of Stoneham is charged with assault and battery, police said.

More violence erupted outside the rink when fans began to leave. Cops responding to a call for a fight in progress, found a Montreal fan semi-conscious and bleeding from several cuts to the head, near the intersection of Causeway and Friend streets about 10:23 p.m.

The victim told police he was “celebrating the Canadiens victory over the Bruins” when two men raced up and attacked him. He said one wore a Bruins jersey.

Cops arrested Patrick O’Brien, 21, and Jared Callen, 21, both of Winchester. Both will be charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon."

Tomorrow is a Patriots Day here in New England, lots of people have the day off, Soxs play at 11:05 am and then the Bruins take on the Habs in Montreal at 7:00 pm and will TAKE THEM DOWN! The bars will be filled with drunk New Englanders rooting the Sox on early and screaming bloody murder in the night cap Bruins vs. Habs!!!!!!!
And the Boston Marathon is going on also, great time to be in Boston....DA BEANS ARE GREAT TOO!!!!!!!!
