I'm taking a shot on nashville....Detroit always shits the bed come playoff time....nashville has beat them in the playoffs before.....lot's of value...worth a shot IMO. Also, philly is coming in hot crushing the devils and shutting out PITT. Travel won't be an issue, Philly should be able to win in 7.

Mr Pain....I am NOT chado and I wasn't correcting you bro.. All I was doing was re-assuring what you said and my input on Price because you are not the only one I have heard with that question mark about having the rookie....It wasn't regarded at you but rather to give GG more reason to avoid the bruins...

        GL bro

did you read my post on page 1. totally agree with you. nashville is definitely worth a shot, and I like philly also.

                Just read this whole thread:

Yes in the NHL you will see more upsets from a lower seeded team than you would in any other sport IMO....

Also strong defense and goaltending is what wins in playoff hockey....this is another main thing one must look at.

However, this year I dont see a ton of upsets that pop off the board like in years past. The Red Wings are NOT gonna lose to the Predators. Dan Ellis are you fucking joking me? Hasek maybe be old and inconsistent or whatever and that may falter the Wings from winning the Cup but they will be able to get by the Predators. Dont forget this team is full of playoff veteran leadership and are fully aware of their recent first round blunders. Also dont forget they did start the season something like 40-10 and also hold the NHL's best record. Also, please dont waste your money betting against my Habs as the Bruins have no chance. We beat them ALL 8 times in the regular season and 11 straight games going back to the 06/07 season. Our goaltender is not your average rookie. Just watch him play and you will see what I am talking about.

I am personally on 2 first round upsets and they both come from the # 6 seeds in East and West

                #6 Flyers to beat the #3 Caps @ +130
                #6 Avs to beat the #3 Wild @ +110

And I am still debating (but havent bet yet) on taking a small stab with:

                #7 Flames to beat the #2 Sharks @ +270

Other than that cant see any lower seeds winning IMO...GL!!!

carey price is better than plante, roy, broduer all put together.

I guess dwayne roloson is an all star compared to dan ellis huh.

chado your picks are exactly mine on page one, nice to see you agree, I DO NOT think nashville will win, but greek was looking for dogs, and detroit has been known for there early exits. other than that I wish you all the luck in the world because we are on all the same bud. GL

Unfair to say something as extreme as this without proving anything as of yet although he defintaly has the potential...only time well tell....
