College Basketball

You could flip a coin to pick this one (IMO). These two teams look very much alike and i've struggled to pick a winner. The difference for me is Derrick Rose. The freshman is playing like a senior and Memphis simply doesn't turn the ball over with him running the show. If you look at the turnovers in this tourney it will amaze you at how few turnovers Memphis has had. Derrick Rose only had ONE Turnover against an All Pac10 Defender for Ucla and he only had TWO against a great Texas backcourt. As a team, Memphis only had 7 & 9 turnovers total in those two games. Kansas did very well against UNC taking the ball away but i think Memphis has much better ball handlers. Rose really reminds me of Carmelo Anthony as a freshman. 'Melo came in and brought Syracuse to a Title and Rose looks just as poised. This kid is for real and i think the Tigers are too. Part 2 is that i have Memphis in the "Luck of the Draw" pool and i'm pulling for them tonight!
