Every year I do my best handicapping on MLB Seasonal Win Totals and Team vs. Team Win Total Bets. For starters, here is who I like this season:
20* Seattle UNDER 85.5 Wins +105
12* TampaBay OVER 74 Wins -140
4* Arizona UNDER 87.5 Wins +105
4* Colorado OVER 83.5 Wins -105
20* Colorado +5 -115 vs. Seattle
12* TampaBay +5 -120 vs. Cincy
8* Milwaukee +0.5 -120 Seattle
8* Oakland +6 -115 Cincy
4* Colorado -3.5 -120 WhiteSox
4* NYMets -9.5 -110 Seattle
4* ChiCubs -2.5 -140 Seattle
4* LADodgers -2 -115 Seattle
I have these and some more smaller (less then 4*) team vs. team bets.
From all of these seasonal wagers, I have come up with 2 lists of teams. One list is a positive list and one is a negative list.
BET ON -- TB Col NYY Cle NYM Phl Atl ChC Mil LAD Oak
BET AGAINST -- Sea Ari Bos Cin Pitt Det CWS LAA Wash
This season I plan on just betting games that involve teams from the following BET ON and BET AGAINST lists... and only when they face each other. I will weight the games based on how big I placed my seasonal bets and I will most likely parlay sides that are more then -150. Obviously there may be modifications made on the fly (as day to day situations dictate) but this is going to be my starting point for all individual game handicapping,
Even though it is nearly impossible for me to post here while in the office (even though I can read the forum from work) I still wanted to get my seasonal bets listed here and get opinions on my ideas.
I will try to post my plays the night before games, but I realize it would take a Waynian (Wayne-like?) effort to post every day for the 6 months... but I'll try my best.
On to today's plays:
1* Parlay Phl (Myers) and Cle (Sabathia) Pays 1.26*
1* Atl (Glavine) -150
