Memphis. Damn, I didn't realize how good they are until I watched them against Texas. I guess they're always huge like they are now. I listened to Billy Tubbs on local talk radio here the other day. He said when he was coaching Lamar and played Memphis in Memphis, he thought he had arrived on the wrong night...thought he was encountering the Grizzlies. That's the way it is this year. 6'6" guards that can jump out of the gym and whose wingspan stretches from the front door to the rafters.

Memphis has a chip on their shoulders. All the "experts" said they were the one #1 seed that wouldn't make it, and they had played noone, and couldn't shoot FTs.

Only a bad game stands between the Tigers and a title.

Any one of the Final Four could win, and it should be one of the best ever staged.

If Memphis plays their game, they will cut the nets. These guys are focused and serious. 30-36 at the line v UT for 83%, with most of the 6 misses way too late. Tall , quick, and strong, indeed. A combo that is tough to beat.

Texas thought they could just show up after the EZ Stanford waltz, but had no idea how much quicker the Memphis guards ran, and all of America will know soon enough.

UCLA----Memphis foul shooting will finally catch up to em....both clubs good defensively........Ball control/less turnovers, will dictate the game....I think UCLA has better ball control IMO....should be a good one..
