Hey all, a friend of a friend is totally sold on "dice control". This theory is that you can control the dice to roll less sevens. The average is 1 out of 6 sevens and if you can roll 1 out of 7 you have an advantage over the casino. Anyways I watched the DVD and dont believe it...have any of you guys heard of this or have any info?

I rolled for 20 min and 15 min in vegas 2 weeks ago with a help of a big craps player on how to pick the dice up and toss them. To bad I loss all my winnings on the other idots who wouldnt listen to this guy and just threw the damn things. I was also able to through back to back 11's and a 7 after I hit the number one time. I was in the zone and never felt anything like it that night when rolling those dice. Maybe it was just luck or maybe it was how you pick the dice up and toss themTHINK BLUE

Haven't seen that video but the flying V as some call it, I use & feel I do have a bit of control or influence the dice outcomes...I've had some monster rolls for some serious cash in Vegas. I've had the stinkers too but overall I feel if the dice are in my hands, I roll more numbers than crap out & people love it.
I actually have a tendency to roll a lot of 3's too but never bet it.
I also employ a count system when playing so I do not ever bet ever single roller at a table...IMO it's suicide or allows me to play longer while I wait for a great roll or get the dice back into my hands...
GOOD LUCKFUCK YOU, FUCK ME

Saw a show on the Travel Channel, I think, about a group of 4 or 5 guys who "perfected" the "no seven" roll. One guy was the shooter, the others placed the bets. His best roll was 86 numbers without a seven. The shooter eventually left the group because he wanted them to bet more and go to the casino more often. They went about once a month to various casino's and bet small amounts to avoid detection. He wrote books on the subject, I just can't remember his name. Interesting stuff, watch for it.

I do believe it... but I also believe if it does exist it takes alot of practice and monitoring before you bet real money. Think of it like throwing darts or bowling... to get it perfected it is going to take awhile to throw the dice how you want and where you want and to bounce how you want.
I currently have friends and know of others who gamble(dice for one) and do well in the long run... but it takes a ton of work. I was very fortunate to meet these people when I first moved here to Vegas. I would rather start my own business, it is easier and less stressful.

A very well known gambling writer named Frank Scoblete writes extensively about this. It requires massive practice and only then yields only a slight edge. They talk about being able to improve rolls by only 1 in 100. I can't imagine being able to do it. I'm lucky if my dice land on the layout, much less on the right number

When I throw em I always set em up before I throw the same exact way always on 6......either 5-1, 4-2 or 3-3 and like I said I make exactly the same way and I never shake em in my hand before I throw.....I hold them together with 2 fingers and I never just launch em.....I give em a nice lob and try to get 1 bounce off the table...1 off the wall and hopefully they just stop.
Always seems when they bounce funny off some chips or sometimes they get get stuck somewhere before they normally wouldve rested and thats when a 7 hits......I do believe there is some skill involved in the way they are tossed definitely
Normal table I just place my 6-8 and play the pass but when the table gets hot I play all the numbers and pass at max odds and start pressing
PEACE
