Greek----I doubt the validity of this wager.....IMO

Mr Huggins would know he'd be recognized......
That's putting his son in some hot spot for questioning.....

I feel that if he was gonna do it, he'd do it online, or get someone to go do it for him.....

They are too recognizable/hi profile.....I would think his Dad had more sense than that....

Course you have to go with someone you know and trust....

I just find that action hard to believe....thanks for the post....I have Xavier also

This cant be true (maybe cant isnt the word) but I highly doubt it......I have a friend of mine who coaches for the Houston Texans and he is defensive quailty control and I mean his dad and his brother are absolutely glued to the TV on gamedays watching this team and I once made the mistake of telling them I made a bet against the Texans (just trying to be honest with them?) and they stared at me like I was the devil himself.

Now I am just speaking for myself but these family members live and die with the teams they are associated with and I cant conceive anything like being true.....I mean really what is 10 grand to Bob Huggins father and if this was true wouldnt he have someone else play this for him ( again I doubt its true)

People who love something would never bet against their own team....it just doesnt make sense.

            PEACE

And what is 20,000 grand when your son make 3 mill a year seem like a stretch that they would take any kind of chance of getting noticed over 20 grand

Richie: [after Gus hits a homerun] Wow and he did it without steroids.
                  Clark: What's steroids?
Richie: Something that makes your pee-pee smaller.
Clark: There must be steroids in macaroni!

                    It's still the action.

I make 50 grand a year and even a $5 is just as exciting as a $200 bet.

                    It's the action.

Huggins is a smart guy, he probably realizes he can't win this game, so he told his old man to make some money. Xavier is too athletic, Joe Alexander will get crushed

Money makes people do crazy things. I'm sure old man Huggins is thinking that nobody has a clue who he is and even if they do its a free country and he can bet who he wants. It could also definitely be the book manager joking with your friend.
